Najah Monique Todd

Najah Monique Todd is a Tacoma-based grant writer, event specialist, entrepreneur, community arts advocate, musician, and media professional. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of nonprofit development, fundraising, community engagement, event production, and the arts, helping organizations strengthen their impact through strategic partnerships and storytelling. She is the owner of Mirror Ready Glam and co-founder of Noir Bloom, a luxury home goods company rooted in creativity and intentional living.

A lifelong artist and performer, Najah believes the arts have the power to bring people together, amplify diverse voices, and build stronger communities. She is passionate about expanding access to creative spaces and creating opportunities for artists and audiences who have not always felt represented in traditional arts institutions.

Najah is honored to serve on the Tacoma Little Theatre Board of Directors and looks forward to supporting the theatre’s mission through fundraising, community partnerships, and advocacy while helping ensure that live theatre remains vibrant, inclusive, and accessible for future generations.
